b. Automatically Collected Data: Device and app usage information, IP address, Approximate location, Log data such as login time and activity patterns. We do not collect biometric data, financial data, or Aadhaar details.

2. Purpose of Data Processing

• Sovyb personnel and partners providing marketing, SMS/payment gateways, customer support, or meetup arrangements
• Creating and managing user accounts
• Matching users based on preferences, availability, and location
• Improving app features and user experience
• Preventing fraud and complying with legal obligations

3. Consent

By signing up, you provide free, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent. Unacceptance may affect your ability to use the App.

4. Sharing of Personal Data

We may share data only with service providers under confidentiality obligations or government/legal authorities when required. We do not sell or rent personal data.

Location data is used only for matching and suggesting meetups. Users may disable location access via device settings.

Data is securely stored on cloud servers and retained only as long as necessary. Upon account deletion, data is erased unless retention is required by law.

Users are responsible for information shared with others. Sovyb is not responsible for misuse of voluntarily shared data.

The App is strictly for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Includes consent, disclaimers for verification, misuse, platform role, acknowledgment of risk, account suspension, reporting, data responsibility, and indemnity by users.
